Scaffolding in Leeds

This week we have been working in the Leeds area.

Scaffolding was erected for stone repairs on an old farm house, the building has been left derelict for some time and been turned back to a domestic dwelling.

Scaffold requirements are also to access roof and other general house repairs.

This scaffold project is ongoing, that could possibly have extras required by our clients i.e. Table lifts, loading bays.

On this project our clients are planning to build 6 flats on one side of the dwelling and on the other side another dwelling same size scale as original dwelling building where our client will require more designed scaffold.

This property in Leeds is situated directly on the roadside and public footpath which requires a permit, that we had issued by the local council.

This week we have been working in Wakefield, just on the outskirts of Wakefield City Centre in Horbury scaffolding a domestic properties chimney stack, for access to roof and chimney.

Accessing roofs and chimneys are popular in scaffolding not only for reroofing but to access chimney flues, for general maintenance or stoves fitting.

This scaffolding job was put up in a matter of hours, and will be left up until the customer in Wakefield notifies us the scaffold Is ready to come down, we will then return to remove the scaffold.

A domestic property like the one in Wakefield requires a specification to be tagged and have a safety gate on completion.
